Job Summary:
Parking Ambassadors report to the Patrol Manager and provide the day-to-day site-specific parking operations, such as enforcement, general equipment maintenance, and event coordination. The working environment may be internal and/or external, which includes exposure to cold, dirt, vehicle exhausts, noise, dust, heat, odours, rain, and snow. Must be able to move about frequently within the parkade, as long periods of walking and standing are essential.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Previous experience in parking operations is a plus; training will be provided
- General knowledge of electronic equipment an asset
- High school diploma

Job Responsibilities / Duties:
- Conduct daily inspections of all on-site parking equipment, ensuring equipment is fully operational
- Basic equipment repairs as required
- Perform parkade patrols to ensure compliance of parking rules and regulations
- Issue parking violations to parkers not adhering to posted rules and regulations
- Preparation of incident and accident reports, as required
- Client liaison
- Maintain the stock level of supplies, e.g. ticket paper, enforcement rolls, and stationery
- Provide regular reports on lot status and general operations
- Answer various questions and provide guests with directions and other parkade information as needed
- Other duties as assigned
