In-Store Team Member – Papa Johns Pizza Job Description
Papa Johns Pizza is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic In-Store Team Member to join our team. If you have experience working in a pizza store or restaurant and enjoy providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders in-store and over the phone.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items following Papa John's standards.
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Keep the kitchen, front counter, and dining area clean and organized.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as part of a team during busy hours.
- Help with opening, closing, and other daily store tasks.
QualificationsRequired
- 1–2 years of experience working in a pizza store.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred
- Experience preparing pizzas or working in a kitchen.
- Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Safe Certificate is an asset.
