Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Condominium HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within condominium complexes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems within condominiums
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, plumbing, insulation
- Repair or replace faulty components using company instructions
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs to minimize resident inconvenience
- Collaborate with property management to schedule maintenance tasks and upgrades
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance procedures
Skills
- fair HVAC knowledge with some experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, fan coils , heat pumps , and ductings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and property managers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards
- G3 gas certification requaired or in process
Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
