We are looking for a creative, organized Marketing Associate/Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. This hybrid role combines marketing and administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including listing brochures, social media graphics, postcards, and newsletters (must know how to use Canva, Indesign, Adobe or similar tools)
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms
- Graphic design work and making PowerPoint decks and marketing brochures as well as coordinate the preparation of all listing, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials.
- Manage and update online listings, website, social media accounts
- Track & coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media & other online sources.
- Develop and manage content calendars for listings, team updates and local community highlights
- Assist in all marketing initiatives including tracking metrics and lead generation performance
- Coordinate all client & vendor appreciation events.
- Oversee all aspects of the administration of the business.
- Create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up & all office administration
- Manage client database management program & system
- Setting up template emails, mailing list, searching public records, responding to emails, invoicing client
- Running reports on businesses profits/losses, working with vendors/suppliers, and following up with clients, staff, and managers
- Handling errands and day-to-day tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency and flexibility with different software systems, adobe acrobat, indesign, Canva, Indesign
- Familiar with social media management tools
- Strong writing, editing and visual communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Tech savvy with knowledge of MLS systems and CRM platforms (training can be provided)

- Bonus: experience in video editing, or real estate marketing
