E-Commerce Specialist is a role in our Corporate IT team.
This is an office-based role with the option of a hybrid work arrangement.
Must be available to come into the London, Ontario office 4 days per week.

You have 5+ years of experience in B2B digital commerce operations and familiarity with platforms such as Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or equivalent. You have proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console as well as basic SEO knowledge (on-page optimization, keyword research, internal links) and working knowledge of HTML and CSS for e-commerce troubleshooting and content formatting.

Your specialized skills and knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital commerce operations and familiarity with platforms such as Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or equivalent
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console proficiency
- Basic SEO knowledge (on-page optimization, keyword research, internal links)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic e-commerce troubleshooting and content formatting
- Working knowledge of privacy regulations affecting marketing analytics
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proven success collaborating across departments
- Amazon Seller Central administration experience — this role manages an Amazon account for one of our operating companies, so hands-on Seller Central experience will set you apart. That said, we're open to strong B2B e-commerce candidates willing to learn it.
- Familiarity with how e-commerce platforms exchange data with ERP and CRM systems
- Experience managing or assisting with digital marketing campaigns, including PPC and awareness ads
What you will focus on:
E-Commerce Operations and Support
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations on our B2B commerce platforms, including maintaining the health of our digital catalogues and product listings, ensuring accurate taxonomy and attributes
- Oversee and administer the company's Amazon Seller Central account, including monitoring account health, resolving listing and policy issues through Seller Support cases, and maintaining compliance with Amazon policies
- Develop and optimize Amazon product listings, images, keywords, and A+ content to drive discoverability and sales; monitor inventory levels and advise stakeholders on stock availability
- Manage the onboarding of new products across Amazon and B2B platforms, ensuring complete and accurate product data, images, and digital assets (spec sheets, documentation, videos) at launch
- Maintain uniformity of product pages across multiple websites, including developing and maintaining product page templates and making HTML and CSS adjustments to e-commerce websites
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and IT to ensure consistent and compliant online operations, including assisting on projects that integrate our e-commerce platforms with ERP and CRM systems
Performance Marketing
- Assist with SEO optimization across multiple websites — identifying areas for improvement, creating action plans, and implementing them
- Develop and monitor Amazon Ads campaigns and work with Marketing teams to assist with bottom-of-the-funnel conversion campaigns
- Collaborate with web developers and UX/UI designers to improve user experience and conversion — enhancing product pages, creating clear calls-to-action, and running ongoing A/B tests and site optimizations based on analytics insights
- Work with Marketing teams to connect marketing campaigns to key events and goals in GA4 and across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn accounts
- Apply working knowledge of global privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Quebec's Law 25) and their constraints on marketing analytics, including consent management and cookie compliance
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging Amazon and SEO trends and changes
Reporting and Analytics
- Monitor the health of multiple GA4 properties; create and maintain relevant events, conversions, and user journeys using Google Tag Manager
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to identify insights, trends, and performance opportunities for Amazon Seller Central accounts and e-commerce websites
- Use analytical tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and others to identify customer journeys and pain points requiring resolution
- Prepare reports on the performance of e-commerce stores and specific products, identifying sales trends and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,00
