We're Hiring – Part-Time Hardscape Specialist
Vatcher's Property Maintenance is looking for a motivated and experienced Part-Time Hardscape Specialist to join our growing team.
If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and have experience building beautiful outdoor spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Install interlock patios, walkways, and driveways
- Build armour stone and retaining walls
- Complete grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and construction equipment safely
- Work efficiently with a team while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- Previous hardscaping experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with interlock, retaining walls, and excavation is an asset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
