CAD DesignerAbout the Role
Join our team as a CAD Designer where you'll bring technical visions to life! You'll be at the heart of transforming ideas into precise, detailed drawings and models that guide our projects from concept to completion.
What You'll Do
- Design & Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models using AutoCAD and Inventor, turning concepts into tangible technical blueprints
- Partner with Engineers to develop accurate technical drawings and designs that solve real-world problems
- Translate Vision into Reality by interpreting sketches, specifications, and design documents to create accurate, professional representations
- Shape Projects by contributing to the development of construction plans, schematics, and layouts that drive projects forward
- Refine & Improve existing drawings through thoughtful review and modification, ensuring every detail meets project standards and compliance requirements
- Get Out in the Field conducting site visits to gather measurements and data that inform your design work
- Collaborate & Deliver working closely with team members to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
- Stay Organized maintaining well-documented files and design records that support team success
What We're Looking For
- CAD Background — Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar CAD software
- Technical Foundation — Knowledge of drafting techniques and industry standards
- Precision Mindset — Excellent attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality drawings
- Problem-Solving Ability — Creative thinker who can troubleshoot challenges independently or as part of a collaborative team
- Communication Skills — Comfortable working across disciplines with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
