Lume Cleaners is seeking hardworking and reliable home cleaners to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario. This position is an independent contractor role. Unlike many other competitors, we are not a franchise and we offer much higher wages. We are also the most flexible company in the area - we allow you to set your own schedule and work only when and where you want to work. Only want to work 3 days per week? Perfect! Want to work everyday and get full-time hours? Also perfect! We will work with you to make sure you're happy and able to make great money on your own time.
Lume Cleaners does NOT provide supplies or insurance; however, we handle all advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, and let you focus on just your work.
We're looking for A-level cleaners to join our team. We want the best of the best, with a clear focus on detail. To be a part of our team, you MUST consistently show up on time, communicate well, and be exceedingly respectful to our customers.
Already have your own clients? That's fine! We will help you get even more and send you all of the work that you desire.
Have another person that you currently clean with? That's fine, too! We will schedule you for jobs together.
Start date: ASAP (Interview and background screening take between 7-10 days)
Duties:
- Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting
- Vacuuming, cleaning glass, wiping down surfaces, etc.
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
Qualifications:
- 2 years of paid house cleaning experienced is required
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
