Licensed Commercial/ Residential Plumber

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial/residential plumbing systems
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications
- Install and repair water supply, drainage, waste, and vent (DWV) systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently
- Install, maintain, and service water heaters, pumps, fixtures, and plumbing equipment
- Install and maintain natural gas piping and gas lines in accordance with code
- Repair or replace water mains, water lines, valves, and piping
- Install and repair sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems
- Pressure test plumbing systems and inspect for leaks
- Ensure all installations meet New Brunswick Plumbing Code and safety regulations
- Complete service calls while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work independently and as part of a professional team
Qualifications
- Valid New Brunswick Plumbing License (Required)
- Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience
- Red Seal certification is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of:
- Commercial/ Residential plumbing systems
- Water distribution systems
- Drainage and sewer systems
- Gas piping installation
- Plumbing fixtures and equipment
- New Brunswick plumbing codes
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
