Join the Team at Aesthetic Railing Design
We’re a growing custom railing and woodworking company looking for the right person to grow with us long term. This isn't your regular carpentry job. This is a position for someone who wants to specialize in their craft. A majority of our work is for high end and custom railings; each job is unique.
This position is ideal for a candidate who is early in their career, who is passionate about woodworking, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to learn finishing carpentry in a positive, laid-back environment. Some travel will be required for out of town jobs.
Experience is great, but attitude matters more. We’re willing to train the right person. Starting wage determined on experience, with performance based wage increases. This job does not contribute towards Red Seal Certification for carpentry.

- Must have a valid driver’s license
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with custom wood railing projects
- Fine woodworking and finishing work
- On-site installation support
- Learning high-quality craftsmanship and detailing
- Working alongside a small, dedicated team
