With strong demand across North America, we are expanding our team and looking for a dependable Operations Associate to help support our customer service, inventory, purchasing, and day-to-day operations.

The Role
We are looking for a full-time Operations Associate to join our team at our Pointe-Claire facility.
This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, inventory management, purchasing, shipping and receiving, and general operational support. You will work directly under our COO, Diana Nguyen, helping ensure our customers are taken care of and our operations run smoothly.
If you are organized, reliable, comfortable working with customers, and enjoy a mix of office and physical work, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text message, and social media direct messages
- Assist customers with product recommendations, order questions, shipping inquiries, and post-purchase support
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers
- Manage our store back-ends through Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other company systems
Operations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of products and materials
- Assist with purchasing supplies and inventory replenishment
- Receive incoming shipments and organize materials accurately
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workplace
- Perform occasional lifting and movement of products and materials
- Support management with various operational and administrative tasks as needed

✅ Comfortable working independently once trained
✅ Physically capable of occasional heavy lifting and moving inventory

Compensation & Growth
This is an hourly position with performance-based growth potential.
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit.

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Approximately 35 hours per week
- On-site position in Pointe-Claire, Quebec
