On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 3 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Business Analysts - TRIRIGA x 2 - Job Description:
In this role, you will support the modernization of the bank's Enterprise Real Estate technology platform, focusing on the TRIRIGA system. You will act as a key bridge between stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into well-defined functional requirements and ensuring solutions align with platform capabilities and best practices.
Business Analysts - TRIRIGA x 2 - Responsibilities:
- Lead a structured, disciplined business analysis approach throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply a wide range of requirements elicitation techniques to validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and validate current state business processes and design future state solutions.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with technology partners to support effective solution design and delivery.
- Proactively identify and manage requirements-related risks and impacts.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities, including supporting test scenario development and review.
Business Analysts - TRIRIGA x 2 - Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working within enterprise applications.
- Proven, hands-on experience working with workflow-driven enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of workflow-based systems, including process flows and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly within applications to analyze process flows and system behavior.
- Experience producing high-quality documentation, including process flows and functional requirements.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Business Analysts - TRIRIGA x 2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with IBM TRIRIGA.
- Experience with Pega or similar case management/workflow-based applications.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to translate platform capabilities into clear, structured functional documentation.
Business Analysts - TRIRIGA x 2 – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with a duration until October 30th, 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
