Experienced Cabinet Maker – Full Time
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for long-term stability in a modern, growing manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cabinet Assembly & Fabrication: Build high-quality cabinetry from cut components, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship. with the ability to use the table saw to cut and fabricate custom parts
- Component Preparation: Interpret shop drawings, verify materials, and prepare parts for assembly.
- Hardware & Fitting: Install hinges, drawer systems, and custom hardware for highend orders. accuratly mark out and mount drawer fronts and doors
- Machine Interaction: Work alongside CNC-produced components, including scanning and preparing parts for dowel insertion and final assembly.
- Spray Equipment: work with automated finishing equipment, sprayers, sanders and ovens.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain Work Area: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe to support efficient production.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation:
- Pay Scale: Competitive, performance-based compensation scaled according to skill level, efficiency, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Previous cabinet-making experience required.
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, organized, and professional on the shop floor.
