Position: Team Member – Freshslice Pizza (4075 Cambie St)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $18.25 – $19.25 per hour (Based on experience)
Overview:
As a Team Member at Freshslice Pizza, you will play an important role in daily store operations, food preparation, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with the management team and fellow staff to ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining Freshslice’s high quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a welcoming and positive store environment
2. Food Preparation & Quality Control
- Prepare pizzas and menu items according to Freshslice standards
- Assist with dough preparation, topping pizzas, and operating ovens
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
- Help maintain consistent product quality
3. Store Operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
4. Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Follow store procedures and operational guidelines
- Be reliable, punctual, and ready to support the team during shifts
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or quick-service environment is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic POS or computer skills are an asset
Work Conditions
