Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet and seat guests promptly, share daily specials, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Service Excellence: Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system and ensure timely, detailed delivery to tables.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety standards in accordance with Interior Health and practice responsible alcohol service.
- Financial Accuracy: Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Stocking & cleaning: Stocking coolers, and keeping the server area clean and prepared for each shift.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional serving experience in a restaurant setting.
- Certification: Valid Serving It Right certificate is required.
- Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Attitude: A team-first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
