Willow Cottage Quilt Co. is a growing e-commerce business shipping premium fabrics and thoughtfully curated quilt kits to customers around the world.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support the daily flow of inventory and customer orders. This is a hands-on role focused on shipping accuracy, inventory organization, and keeping products moving efficiently from receiving to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Create shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers
- Ensure subscription boxes, quilt kits, and product launches are shipped on time
- Troubleshoot shipping issues such as delayed, lost, or damaged packages
Receiving & Inventory
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory and supplies
- Organize products and maintain an efficient warehouse layout
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Support product flow from receiving → prep/cutting → packing → shipping
Systems & Order Management
- Use Shopify, shipping platforms, and spreadsheets confidently
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records
- Monitor backorders and communicate inventory discrepancies
- Follow and maintain organized warehouse procedures and systems

Experience We Value (But Not Required)
- Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
- E-commerce fulfillment experience
- Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms
- Inventory handling and stock organization

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: Based on experience
- Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7AM – 3PM
- Occasional seasonal peaks during high-volume periods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.68-$20.00 per hour
