Georgian Bay Mechanical is currently seeking a highly skilled and licensed Gas Technician / 313A Refrigeration Technician or Apprentice to join our team full time. Our company specializes in high-end residential projects, requiring a professional with quality workmanship. Our apprentice will work alongside a highly experienced licensed professional.

Key Responsibilities - Gas Technician:
- Install, inspect, repair and maintain gas lines and gas equipment.
- High attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners.
- Maintain compliance with industry codes and regulations.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Understanding of various HVAC systems is an asset.
- Effective communication skills.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive in maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities.
Key Responsibilities - Refrigeration Technician:
- Perform installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret and follow engineering drawings and install according to specifications.
- High attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners.
- Maintain compliance with industry codes and regulations.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Able to efficiently make decisions related to your job and responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Effective communication, training and leadership skills.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive in maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities.
Qualifications:
- Gas Technician: G2 Gas Fitter license.
- Refrigeration Technician: 313A/313D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license in Ontario.
- Apprentice: registered in a 313A Refrigeration apprenticeship program.
- Valid G driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
