We are looking for an experienced Directional Drill Operator/Locator to join our team. We operate in and around the Edmonton Area, and work all year long. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, setting up and maintaining drilling rigs, and performing maintenance on the equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, as well as a proven track record of successful drilling operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and make a positive impact in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Operate DitchWitch Directional Drills, as well as Subsite locating systems.
- Maintain and keep clean drill equipment
- Maintain and repair drilling equipment and machinery.
- Perform safety checks on equipment and machinery.
- Maintain records of drilling operations and results.
- Follow safety protocols when operating machinery.
- Read and interpret maps, charts, and diagrams to determine the best drilling location.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$44.00 per hour
