JOIN OUR TEAM
We’re hiring General Labourers to join our Kode Concrete team in Prince George for the remainder of the summer season. This is a temporary, seasonal opportunity (approximately 2–4 months) for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and ready to jump into a fast-paced batch plant environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- General cleanup.
- Washing equipment.
- Helping out around the batch plant.
- Helping drivers.
- General labour duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence; clean drivers abstract required on hire.Physically fit; able to lift up to [50–75 LBS/23–34 KG], stand/walk for extended periods, and work indoors/outdoors.
- Safety focused with a strong work ethic; able to follow procedures and take direction.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Able to pass drug and alcohol testing when required for site access.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (wind, snow, rain, heat, cold).
Schedule
- Temporary/seasonal position for the remainder of the summer, approximately 2–4 months.
- Weekend work may be required based on production schedules.
Working Conditions:
- Batch plant and outdoor work environment.
- Exposure to variable weather, dust, and noise; appropriate PPE provided.
