Lead Landscape Builder / Carpenter
Wind Whistle Landscaping is a small, well-established landscape construction company serving Toronto, Caledon, Dufferin County, and surrounding areas. We specialize in creating beautiful outdoor spaces with a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail.
We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Landscape Builder to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys building high-quality outdoor structures that will stand the test of time.
Typical Projects Include:
- Decks
- Fences and privacy screens
- Pergolas and arbors
- Garden structures
- Outdoor carpentry projects
- Natural stone and interlock installations (an asset but not required)
- General landscape construction
What We're Looking For:
- Strong carpentry and building skills
- Experience building decks, fences, pergolas, and similar structures
- Ability to read plans and execute work accurately
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and lead small crews when required
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license preferred

You are reliable, organized, and capable of thinking through challenges on site without constant supervision.

Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and skill level.
Typical range:
$30–$45+ per hour
Higher compensation available for exceptional candidates with proven experience.
Location
Work throughout the Greater Toronto Area, Caledon, Orangeville, Shelburne, Creemore, and surrounding areas.
