Energy & Sustainability Analyst to support decarbonization initiatives within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. This role focuses on analyzing energy usage, identifying efficiencies, and supporting the implementation of low-carbon solutions to meet sustainability goals.
**As this role is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency status. A work permit status is not eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze energy and utilities data (electricity, gas, water, compressed air) to identify improvement opportunities
- Identify and recommend initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption
- Support development and execution of energy efficiency and decarbonization projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into operations
- Monitor and report on energy and carbon performance metrics
- Develop dashboards to track and benchmark energy usage
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business cases for energy-saving projects
- Support awareness and knowledge-sharing of low-carbon practices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Energy Management, or related field

Experience in energy management, sustainability, or carbon reduction (preferred)

Background in manufacturing or industrial environments (aerospace an asset)

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability best practices

Familiarity with ISO 50001:2018 (asset)

Certified Energy Manager (or in progress) is an asset

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
