Springbank Links Golf club is hiring for our 2026 golf season. We welcome applicants who will be upbeat, dedicated, and enjoy being outside for the summer! We are a hardworking, fun team who knows how to get things done while making the most out of your work day. Employees will be a part of daily maintenance practices that will include a variety of different skill sets to challenge you on a daily basis. Some work will be physically demanding and some will be mentally stimulating but with our great management staff we look forward to showing you the ropes to have a great summer!
Requirements
- Ability to learn tasks on the fly
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive work attitude
- Punctuality
- Transportation to and from the course
- Availability to work one day on the weekend (5 on 2 off work schedule)
- Ability to do physical labor
- A love for or the willingness to learn the game of golf! We have a staff golf tournament at the end of the year and staff golf together on a regular basis
Daily Tasks May Include:
- Operation of maintenance equipment
- Daily course set up
- Golf course projects
- General landscaping
