Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customers' needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing
- Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with Kia product knowledge and promotions
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on market trends
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
