Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Class 3 Driver and Labourer to join our diverse sewer and drainage team. This role offers an opportunity to operate a variety of trucks, including septic pump trucks, Hydro Excavators/combo trucks, Tandem, Dump trucks , 5 tion dump trucks, and slinger trucksand general labour tasks on various construction projects. As a key team member, you will operate heavy equipment, assist with drainage operations, and support the overall progress of our construction sites. Your energy and commitment will help us deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Safely operate Class 3 and other trucks
- Pump septic tanks, day light under ground utilities, drive and operate safetly dump trucks, drive and operate slinger trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain company trucks, including pre, and post trip, daily greasing, minor mechanical repairs
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Perform general labour duties including site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as neededQualifications
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or pavers is highly desirable
- Operate 18 speed manual transmission
- Construction experience, especially in pipe laying, drainage, perimeter drain installation, septic system instalation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and teamwork
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
