We're seeking a passionate and personable Bartender to join our Latin-inspired Café & Lounge. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys crafting memorable guest experiences through cocktails, wine, coffee, and conversation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, create and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Guide guests through our beverage program with confidence
- Execute recipes consistently and efficiently
- Assist with inventory, prep, and opening/closing duties
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at the bar and throughout the space
- Work collaboratively with servers, baristas, and management
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and coffee is an asset
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays
