Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finishing Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing detailed interior finishing work, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry, woodworking, and various construction techniques, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Finishing Carpenter will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to deliver exceptional results on residential, commercial, or restoration projects.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute finishing tasks.
- Install molding, trim, doors, windows, and other woodwork with precision.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and site preparation activities.
Skills
- Experience with carpentry, woodworking, and finishing techniques.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction painting, caulking, electrical work, plumbing basics, and handyman tasks is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
