Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Capability Architect with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will define, assess, and optimize business capabilities that support strategic objectives and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise business capability models.
- Assess organizational capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support digital transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Align business capabilities with customer, citizen, and patient service objectives.
- Conduct capability maturity assessments and gap analyses.
- Support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business leaders.
- Support governance, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.
- Develop business capability roadmaps and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Capability Architect within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Experience with capability mapping and capability-based planning.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working with enterprise architecture teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting customer, citizen, or patient-focused services.
- Business Architecture certification is an asset.
