Responsibilities
- Assist with operational planning and coordination of flight schedules
- Monitor and analyze flight data to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Communicate effectively with crew members, ground staff, and management in both English and French
- Lead team initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency
- Conduct analysis of operational procedures and recommend improvements
- Support training sessions for new staff and provide ongoing leadership within the team
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Manage emergency procedures and participate in safety drills as required
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable
- Bilingual skills are preferred to facilitate communication across diverse teams
- Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing or guiding teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in aviation or related fields is an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs
