The Role
We’re currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Lighting Division. Based out of our Coquitlam office, this role plays a critical function in executing and supporting commercial and industrial lighting projects across our territory. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with internal sales teams, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure projects are executed smoothly and professionally from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Create and submit drawings for approval and record-only purposes

Review and interpret returned drawings, flagging revisions and updates to customers and manufacturers

Accurately enter and release manufacturer orders

Provide pricing for adders, deletions, or quantity changes throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely project billing

Liaise with manufacturers and distributors to track and expedite orders as required

Maintain organized and current project files, including all related documentation and correspondence
Qualifications & Requirements

Energetic, resourceful, and a confident problem-solver

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to manage multiple active projects with shifting priorities

Familiarity with electrical, lighting, or trades-related environments is an asset

Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Experience with Oasis software is an asset

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an asset
