Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations within our office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients and visitors
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Handle correspondence via email and phone, demonstrating strong phone etiquette
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing files to ensure efficient workflow
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management
- Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Familiarity with filing systems and front desk operations is a plus
- This position requires a professional demeanor, organizational prowess, and the ability to support various administrative functions seamlessly.
