Position Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, personable, and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you’ll play a key role in preparing cocktails, providing excellent guest service, and contributing to the upbeat vibe of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including Brazilian-inspired cocktails.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Check customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Follow all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (1+ years).
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine (Brazilian beverage knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal drinking age and hold a Proserve certification.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
