Responsibilities

- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving guests and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed.
