The position available is Office Admin Assistant. This position focuses on supporting daily operations, dispatching technicians, and delivering a professional customer experience.
A duration of training will be provided upon hire to educate on the use of our systems and procedures.
What’s the Role?
As our Marketing and Office Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing magic and assistance to keep our office running smoothly. This role is a perfect blend of creativity and organization—helping us boost Mr Swirl’s online presence.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Fun:
- Create and launch exciting marketing campaigns across Google, website, social media, emails, events, and more!
- Execute captivating content and keep our presence fresh and engaging, including social media and website updates.
- Dive into market trends and keep an eye on the competition to fuel our strategies.
- Plan and coordinate fun promotional events to spread the word about Mr Swirl!
Office Duties:
- Be the friendly voice on the phone and respond to online inquiries like a pro.
- Organize and coordinate appointments and projects.
- Lend a hand with administrative tasks—data entry, filing, etc.
- Help maintain a warm and organized office environment where everyone feels welcomed.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or something similar (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven skills in marketing and office management.
- Proficiency in marketing software (think CRM and social media tools).
- 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching (service industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A solid understanding of SEO and web development.
- Skills in software like Divi Elegant, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and WordPress.
- Top-notch organizational skills and an eye for detail!
