We are seeking a Licensed Staff Pharmacist to become part of an established Kroll-based retail pharmacy in Timmins, Ontario—located in the northeastern region, a true four-season adventure destination. What You’ll Do
- Dispense and review medications accurately using Kroll Software
- Build genuine connections through patient counseling and medication reviews
- Work alongside physicians and local healthcare teams
- Uphold Ontario College of Pharmacists standards
- Move away from high-volume, transactional tasks to become a key healthcare provider in a community that values you
What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills
- Retail pharmacy software experience (considered an asset)
- A sincere dedication to community-focused patient care
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly rate: $70–$75/hr (well above industry standard)
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (Adds $12.50/hour in your first year!)
- Financial Security: RSP Plan (UP TO $5,600 per year OR $2.50/hour every year)
- Time Off: 4 weeks total PTO (3 weeks vacation + 4 personal days)
