Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Verify that all amenities and supplies are present and in good condition
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management for prompt resolution
- Ensure that rooms are properly prepared for new guests by organizing linens, toiletries, and other essentials
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests and staff
- Assist with light cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
- Document inspection results accurately and efficiently using hotel management systems
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and quality assurance
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and standards is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform inspections that may require walking or standing for extended periods
