Job Summary
We are hiring! Duncan Dodge is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in customer service and mechanical knowledge will help ensure that clients receive the best possible care for their vehicles. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing accurate information about services, and facilitating effective communication between customers and technicians.
What You Will Be Doing
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
- Recommend additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay up to date on automotive repair trends
What You Bring
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proven ability to sell services effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and communicate them clearly.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- PBS experience is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
