We are looking for a care aide for a senior male who is about to come home from hospital. He lives with his wife but she needs help with his morning routine including assistance with getting him up and ADL's. It is a short shift, so ideal for someone who just wants to add some more hours to their existing work week. The shifts are 9 am to 11 am, Mondays to Fridays. Ideally we would have one caregiver do the whole week but half the week could also work if we can find 2 caregivers. The client lives near West 31st and Dunbar in Vancouver.

myCareBase is an online platform that connects families who are caring for an aging loved one, with caregivers looking for work. We help families and paid caregivers facilitate the recruitment, vetting and placement process.
We want to help you find more clients! You set your own hourly rates, and have control of when and where you want to work. There is no cost to be included on our platform.
Accepted candidates will go through an assessment and vetting process to ensure a consistent level of quality on our platform. This process will include a job reference check (so please be prepared to provide 2 job references) and a criminal background check.
