Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Build / PDI Mechanic specializing in Powersports and Marine equipment to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assemble and build powersports and marine products according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure all units are fully functional, safe, and ready for customer use.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble components, perform adjustments, and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or defects for further action.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working on powersports or marine equipment preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., and familiarity with power tools like drills, impact drivers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Prior experience in assembly or pre-delivery inspection roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work that meets safety standards and customer expectations.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
