RE/MAX Professionals is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and relationship-focused Real Estate Recruiting Manager to lead our agent growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Recruit both newly licensed and experienced REALTORS® to join our brokerage.
- Conduct confidential one-on-one recruitment meetings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective agents.
- Follow up on inquiries and develop long-term recruiting relationships.
- Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry functions to promote the brokerage.
- Present the value, culture, training, technology, and support offered by RE/MAX Professionals.
- Collaborate with management to develop recruiting strategies and achieve growth goals.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and activity reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, recruiting, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional, confident, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of the Ontario real estate industry is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
