The People Analytics & Governance Analyst focuses on HR systems governance, data integrity, reporting infrastructure, workflow automation, and scalable process design. The Senior HRIS Analyst supports enterprise reporting, compliance requirements, operational efficiency, and broader People transformation initiatives through effective system configuration, process standardization, and data governance practices.
This position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth by enabling reliable workforce data, reducing manual administration, and improving operational visibility through technology and analytics.
Compensation & Rewards
- Competitive salary ($90,000 and $115,000/annum) finalized based on experience and impact
