Eclipse Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing remote team! We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping clients organized and financially on track.
This is a flexible part-time position at approximately 20 hours per week, with opportunity for growth as our company continues to expand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting
- Working with merchant processing systems and reconciliations
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting with month-end and year-end preparation
- Communicating with clients regarding bookkeeping inquiries and support
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong experience with full-cycle bookkeeping
- Must be highly proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with merchant processing systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet connection
Nice to Have
- Experience with FinancialCents
- Experience working with multiple clients or in a bookkeeping/accounting firm environment
