- Support water heater maintenance/installation (tank and tankless)
- Write clear job notes, parts used, and labor in company software (tablet provided)
- Maintain clean, safe, code‑compliant worksites; follow WorkSafeBC requirements
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent Mr. Swirl on every call
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Plumbing Apprentice with 2+ years of experience (BCIT or equiv. schooling)
- Solid fundamentals, strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- Professional communication and teamwork; clean, precise workmanship
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
- Gas ticket or backflow exposure is an asset (not required)
What We Offer
- Competitive apprentice wages with performance incentives/bonuses
- Fully stocked, take‑home company truck when ready; shared/crew truck initially
- Company‑provided tools, tablet, uniforms, and dispatch/support staff
- Broad exposure to service plumbing, drain cleaning, and water heater work
- Training, mentorship, and a clear path toward Journeyperson/Red Seal
