Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our supply chain team. This role is vital in managing the efficient movement of goods, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, transportation, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a solid understanding of supply chain logistics, including freight, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch warehouse deliveries and pickups
- Schedule appointments with warehouses and carriers
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and overseas partners
- Track shipments and update delivery status
- Prepare and process shipping documents
- Assist with inventory and warehouse coordination
- Provide general administrative support as required
Experience
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations is an asset
- English required; Mandarin is an asset
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience
Pay: $37,000.00-$70,587.93 per year
