We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager with the capability, confidence, and technical depth to lead the full electrical scope of a 40‑storey multi‑residential tower in downtown Toronto. This role demands a driven, detail‑oriented leader who thrives in high‑density urban construction environments and can deliver large‑scale electrical systems with precision, foresight, and unwavering accountability.
As the Project Manager, you will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the project from pre‑construction through turnover—ensuring delivery within schedule, specifications, and budget. We offer a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work from home up to three days per week while effectively managing project responsibilities across the Toronto portfolio.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead the full electrical scope for a 40‑storey high‑rise project, ensuring excellence in cost control, schedule adherence, quality assurance, safety, and contract performance.

- Prepare and submit detailed project estimates; price, justify, and negotiate all scope changes.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and WIP for risk exposure; implement corrective actions proactively.
- Develop, monitor, and manage construction schedules and milestones; ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and long‑lead items.
- Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Code, ESA requirements, and industry best practices.
- Oversee accurate productivity tracking, monthly cost forecasting, and project reporting.
- Coordinate closely with site supervisors, forepersons, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, engineers, trades, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates clearly, consistently, and proactively to all parties.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead teams and influence outcomes.
- Strong customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- Proven accountability—drives commitments, deadlines, and deliverables without compromise.
