About the Company
Winfire Hospitality Ltd is currently searching for a General Manager to lead all aspects of the dual business with emphasis on the hotel operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the business including but not limited to guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial planning & performance, and capital projects. Other responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring Brand Service, Standards, and Initiatives are strictly adhered to
· Exceeding guest and employee expectations
· Meeting annual performance targets
· Managing the property leadership team – accountability & strategic execution
· Reporting operations and financial results to Board of Directors
· Being active in the local community
You Are:
· Experienced General Manager with 4+ years of leadership in a like or similar operation
· Results orientated individual in a Branded hotel environment
· Strong financial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of cost controls, budgeting and analytical skills
· Well organized, detail orientated, and able to work independently
· Team player, professional, and lead with integrity
· Strong communication skills
· Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
· An energetic, engaged individual able to multi-task daily activities

· Salary – ( $100,000 – $110,000 Annually)
