Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and professional Guest Services Representatives to join our team in the opening of a brand new hotel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, and capable of handling various guest needs with professionalism and efficiency. This role is responsible for delivering a warm welcome, efficient service, and a positive experience for every guest throughout their stay.
Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming, helpful front‑desk experience
- Complete check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservation updates accurately
- Assist guests with questions about hotel amenities, local area, and services
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and effective problem‑solving
- Answer phones, manage messages, and process payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies
Qualifications
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Basic computer skills; experience with hotel systems is an asset (HotelKey PMS)
- Availability for flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
