The Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate (DBA) to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive business through clienteling, storytelling, and in-store events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized luxury client experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong, loyal client base through clienteling
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and brand storytelling
- Support and execute in-store events and activations
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards at counter
- Collaborate with store teams to drive overall business performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail sales experience (fragrance/beauty preferred)
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills
- Passion for luxury fragrance, storytelling, and customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment
