Looking for enthusiastic, fun, and motivated Behaviour Coaches to work with pre-teens, adolescents and young adults having social difficulties making and keeping friends. Behavior Coaches are responsible for conducting role-play demonstrations, providing performance feedback through coaching during behavioral rehearsal exercises and activities. You must be comfortable engaging in role-play in front of an audience =) You would also be responsible by assisting the Behavior Certified Behavior Analyst in providing reinforcement and behavior management.
You must be able to work every Thursday for 16 consecutive weeks for several hours starting at 5pm.
Applicants with child experience are encouraged to apply. This is a great experience for those wanting to work in the field of Behaviour Analysis, Education, and Psychology. Successful candidates need to be motivated, eager and quick to learn. We want interventionists who will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and be able to accept and implement feedback accordingly. You must be at least 19 years of age, and be extremely proficient in the English language and be willing to complete a criminal record check.
