Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, following established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bar or beverage settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
- Experience in hospitality environments that require serving alcohol responsibly is a plus
