The Opportunity
Be the organizational engine behind reliable water delivery. Based at our Strathmore head office, you will coordinate water-order intake and scheduling, keep operational records and reporting on track, and serve as the central point of contact between irrigators, the field team, and management.
This is a coordination and support role reporting directly to the Operations Manager, working alongside our field team through the irrigation season and the maintenance program that follows.
What You'll Do
- Receive, log, and schedule customer water orders; coordinate daily delivery scheduling with the field team.
- Act as a central point of contact for irrigator inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain operational records, logs, and databases.
- Compile operational, water-use, and regulatory reports, including monthly provincial status reporting.
- Coordinate work-order intake, prioritization tracking, and status updates.
- Consolidate monthly safety statistics and maintain operational documentation.
- Draft operational notices and customer communications.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, agriculture, environmental or water resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Two or more years in operations coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office and data systems; database, CRM, or work-order system experience an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities through the peak irrigation season.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
Assets
- Familiarity with irrigation, water utility, or municipal operations.
- Experience with work-order, asset management, or document management systems.
- Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard experience.
- GIS familiarity.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
